Our CCTV towers are self-powered and connect over 4G, so they do not need mains power or Wi-Fi. That makes them a good fit for empty buildings, cleared sites and land where the services are off.
Towers are remotely monitored. If the system picks up activity, it is reviewed and we can respond, including attending site where needed.
Alarm and CCTV monitoring is provided through a professional monitoring centre.

Live-in property guardians
A building with people living in it is far less attractive to squatters, thieves and vandals than one that is visibly empty. Guardians live in the property and use it day to day, so problems are spotted early.
For many vacant properties, guardians are a lower-cost alternative to round-the-clock manned guarding. Where extra cover is needed, they can be combined with a CCTV tower.

Break-ins and alerts do not keep office hours. With our call-out plan, we attend whenever we are needed, day or night, and carry out a basic make-safe using what's on site.
You pay one weekly fee for unlimited attendance across London instead of being charged per visit. Boarding and steel screens, glazing and broken windows, lock changes, CCTV towers, guardians, clearance and repairs are quoted separately. We won't start chargeable works without your approval, except emergency make-safe if you've pre-authorised it.

We provide security on the day of an eviction. We attend, and once possession is handed back we change the locks and secure the property so it cannot be re-entered.
We can then follow on with whatever the property needs next: a CCTV tower, guardians, site visits or a call-out plan.

We clear, clean and prepare empty property for viewing, valuation, sale or re-let. One visit, one invoice, photos before and after.
As a Registered Ajax installer, we supply, install and support the Ajax EN54 Line: a fully wireless fire detection and alarm system for commercial sites. Devices talk to the control panel by radio, so there is no cabling to run through the building.
That makes it a practical option for vacant or newly taken-over buildings, and for occupied or sensitive buildings where cabling would be disruptive.
